For companies
Training as an in-house co-creation companion. The training includes the basics of CoCreation such as mindset, process understanding, moderation basics and accompanying the overall CoCreation process. The in-house co-creation companion is trained to recognize the areas of application of the co-creation in their own organization. The companion is able to use CoCreation together with a certified CoCreative coach in the organization. Start time, duration and costs can be agreed individually with the company.
Short-term training for consultants and coaches
The basics of co-creation are taught in a three-day short-term training course. On one day, the group goes through the co-creation process as an example. By participating, the participants understand the basics of CoCreation such as mindset, process understanding, the basics of moderation and the accompaniment of the overall CoCreation process. You are able to use CoCreation in the company of a certified CoCreative coach in organizations. The number of participants is between 9 and 12 people. The participation fee is € 990 plus VAT.
Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) CoCreation Coach
Anyone who successfully completes the CAS CoCreation, which is rated with 15 ECTS points, can be certified as a CoCreative Coach. CoCreative coaches are allowed to plan CoCreation workshops independently and carry them out according to the CoCreative method. The CAS consists of 15 days of attendance and individual, social and transfer learning. The accompanied learning takes place not only in the classroom but also to a substantial extent as “blended learning”. The learning period extends over 6 months. The cost of guided learning is € 7,800 plus VAT.
